Create For Humans, Not Algorithms

I’m noticing lots of people complaining about their posts impressions

… and how the algorithm is fucking up their reach, engagements et al.

This has made some people to start sacrificing their uniqueness to jump on trends.

They now create content to please the algorithms – to increase their impressions, at the expense of their:

📌 Unique brand identity

📌 Human relationships

📌 Long-term goals

I’m curious, are you among those people?

If yes, is it worth it?

Is it sustainable?

While creating content and getting high engagement and impressions is cool…

Your focus shouldn’t be on the algorithm.

Your focus should be on the VALUE and quality of what you are creating and…

… how much it helps or solves challenges for your audience in the long run.

Don’t follow the crowd to do the things they do.

You’re meant to stand out, not fit in.

THINK!

Create and share value.

Don’t be a slave of the algorithm.

Don’t please the algorithms to attract the wrong people, you’ll regret it.

Create to serve your target audience value.

That’s how you build a profitable and sustainable brand that’ll thrive

whether algorithm

likes it or not.

So,

Whenever you share your value but don’t get engagements or impressions…

Don’t quit.

Don’t take it personally.

Don’t let it make you doubt your value.

Just

keep

creating.

You’re building momentum.

Your efforts are compounding.

One day, you’ll wake up and be amazed at what you’ve built over time.

By then, you’ll begin to get all the:

✅️ Likes

✅️ Support

✅️ Engagement

… gigs and opportunities you’re craving for now.

Plus…

You’ll build a strong organic following filled with people who’ll love, and support you for being uniquely you.

Isn’t that what you want?

Trust the process, my friend.

Keep showing up to share your value and make an impact…

Your success is closer than you think.

I’m rooting for you.

Stay Sharp!
